A visit to Salt Lake City led to our being recommended a Texas Road House diner by the Police - we had been pulled over due to our salt and mud caked car - a product of our excursions on the salt flats earlier in the day. We subsequently hadn't thought to clean our wild looking mobile, however the Police were understanding enough and helped us on our way.

"If you are looking for steak and ribs you guys can't leave Salt Lake without trying out the Texas Road House...and clean your car or I'm gonna give you a ticket."

Fred had the ribs, I ate a 20oz Rib-eye steak.
