After spending the night in Vegas I travelled to visit the Hoover Damn. The structure of the damn was heavily influenced by art deco styling, its an impressive monument to the period. There is an amazing star map next to it as well, the Artist hoped for it to one day communicate this civilisation's understanding of our place in the Universe. Later that day I drove to Area 51.
